Pom Diddly

Just a quick post before I go to pack for my trip to Torbay this weekend. Will be taking my Pro-Markers and some images I've stamped up to keep me busy while I'm there.
I made this card for the Lili of the Valley Challenge 88 - Sketch by Bev. I still don't know how to link properly to a challenge, but will have another go, hope I get it right this time!
I adore all the Lili of the Valley stamps, they're just soo cute, I keep buying them and then they don't even see an ink pad - am sure I can't be the only one that does this?
Many thanks to all those who have left me comments, I love to find new ones when I log on, it's so lovely that people take the time to leave me some feedback, so please keep the comments coming, I always go to the blogs of people who have left me a comment and am finding some wonderful work which fills me with inspiration, I just need more confidence with my colouring...........  I shall have to learn how to make my blog look a bit prettier too, as there are some beautiful blogs out there, which make mine look a bit poor- but hey, Rome wasn't built in a day! lol. Hugs, Vicki x

  1. hi hun, really pretty card. A little hint about linking .... so easy. When you are writing your post just hold the left mouse button on your text for what you want to link .... then in the little tool bar click on the link button and add the web address thing ..... makes sense when you do it. I will try to get a few screen shots if you struggle and email you them .... good luck :o)

  3. Hi again ... thanks for your lovely comments. Oooh I am delighted you want to play along with music saves my soul. What you need to do is find a tune on you tube that you like .... then you need to click under it where it says embed ... this gives you a long code which you need to copy. Then you come back to your blog and write up your post ... then whilst still in your edit mode click the html tab and copy your code in your text box. You can then click back on the compose tab and add any more writing etc you want to do. Once you have posted it to your blog just add the direct link to your post (not your blog) on my linky for MSMS ..... hope this makes sense - if not just email me hunny and I will talk you through it step by step

Hope to see you there soon xxx

  7. Oooh, I like your blog, your cards are lovely! I have been blogging for a year, and I find it a trifle difficult still, but usually the challenges have a linky thing on the bottom and you just type your name, enter the URL of your post that you wish to enter into the challenge (I copy and paste my post after I've posted then head off to whichever challenge I want to enter into) and an email address. Hope this helps, I know not all challenge linkys are the same, but you will get used to it, and it would be a shame not to give your lovely cards a wider audience xx
